Aata Cheela: Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- half a teaspoon of turmeric
- half cup curd
- half ginger, grated
- 2 to 3 green chilies, chopped
- capsicum, chopped
- Carrots, grated
- Beans, chopped
- Onion, finely chopped
- coriander leaves chopped
- salt as per taste
Recipe
- To make flour cheela, first of all take flour, salt and turmeric in a bowl, and mix them well.
- Now add curd to this mixture and mix it well.
- After this, prepare the batter of cheela by adding water as required.
- Now add all the vegetables to it and mix it well.
- Now heat a griddle and grease it by pouring oil all around it.
- After this, pour a big spoonful of chilla batter on the griddle and spread it well.
- Now just spread the cheela from both the sides.
- When it gets cooked well from one side, flip it slowly.
- Cook well from the other side as well, when it turns golden brown from both the sides,
- cook on low flame for 1 more minute.
- Your dough cheela is ready, serve it with tea or your favorite chutney and relish eating.
