After an individual gets fresh in the morning, he or she should take a spoon of tepid cow ghee. The Yoga guru says that the effect of any substance changes the form of a product depending on which manner it is being consumed. He says those who can’t digest ghee, can take virgin coconut ghee.
Apart from this, almond or sesame oil can also be consumed. A person should take a small teaspoon of these products. He also suggests that a person should take a glass of warm water with rock salt that also helps in the problem of constipation.
Licorice (Mulethi) can also be consumed

Start your meal with these foods
Yoga guru Baba Ramdev also suggests that a person should not begin his or her meal with grains. Instead, before eating the main meal, an individual should have pomegranate, papaya, apple, guava, carrot, radish, tomato, or cucumber.
Keep these things in mind as well
During winter, an individual must follow some basic precautions to stay protected from the cold. Wear clothes in layers-that is, wear more than one warm garment. The first layer should be thermal wear, followed by a sweater, and then a windproof outer layer.
-Always wear a scarf, shawl, or cap while going outside, as these protect the ears and head from cold. Wrapping a shawl also protects the neck from catching a chill.
-Always wear socks. In this season, keep warm socks and shoes on at all times. Even inside the house, continue wearing socks.
-It is also important to keep your home warm. Keep windows and doors closed so that cold air cannot enter the house.
-You can use a heater to keep the room warm, as it maintains a comfortable temperature indoors.
-To keep the bed warm, you can spread a blanket over the bedsheet.
-A person should also ensure to receive sunlight. Spend at least 15 to 20 minutes in the sun during the day. This helps prevent vitamin D deficiency. Additionally, you can sit in the sun anytime to feel more warmth.
