The Government of India has conferred the National Award 2025 for Divyangjano Ke Sashaktikaran Ke Liye Karyarat Sarvshreshta Vyakti on renowned inclusion specialist and Learning Disabilities Expert Rajeev Bhatt. The honour was presented by the Honourable President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, at a distinguished ceremony held at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.
This national recognition celebrates Bhatt’s three decades of pioneering work in empowering persons with disabilities, promoting learning diversity, and supporting thousands of families across the country.

Since the 1990s, a time when awareness of learning disabilities and developmental conditions was extremely limited, Learning Disabilities Expert Rajeev Bhatt has been at the forefront of promoting:
