The Government of India has conferred the National Award 2025 for Divyangjano Ke Sashaktikaran Ke Liye Karyarat Sarvshreshta Vyakti on renowned inclusion specialist and Learning Disabilities Expert Rajeev Bhatt. The honour was presented by the Honourable President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, at a distinguished ceremony held at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.

Three Decades of Service to Learning Diversity

Since the 1990s, a time when awareness of learning disabilities and developmental conditions was extremely limited, Learning Disabilities Expert Rajeev Bhatt has been at the forefront of promoting:

Author of Noted Works on Autism and Dyslexia

Rajeev Bhatt has authored two influential books—Understanding Autism and Understanding Dyslexia—widely regarded for simplifying complex developmental topics with clarity and scientific insight.

Understanding Autism focuses on early signs, sensory needs, behavioural patterns and family challenges, while promoting the idea that autism represents difference, not deficiency.

Understanding Dyslexia offers practical strategies, IEP frameworks and evidence-based solutions for educators and parents. Contributions from co-authors add further depth and credibility.

Adhyayan Inclusive Learning Centre Sets National Benchmark

Founded by Learning Disabilities Expert Rajeev Bhatt, the Adhyayan Inclusive Learning Centre is recognised as a leading institution for Individualised Education Plan (IEP)–based inclusive learning in India.

The centre emphasises personalised learning, emotional well-being, and respect for every child’s uniqueness. It also offers vocational skill training in culinary arts, hospitality, digital design, music, fine arts, sports, and customer service—promoting independence and employability for young adults.
