BJP leader Narendra Modi has been re-elected as the Prime Minister of India for the third consecutive term. Amid celebrations led by his party workers and supporters across India, American singer and actress Mary Millben also extended her congratulations. Taking to X, Millben expressed that Narendra Modi re-election was not just a choice of the people, but also a divine selection.
She encouraged him to serve as God’s ambassador and the voice of the people to help usher in a ‘New India.’ Along with her message, she shared a video. Watch the video below:

‘My beloved India, Namaste. Today marks a historic day for India and the world with the re-election of my friend, His Excellency Prime Minister @narendramodi, and the dawn of a New India,’ Mary Millben wrote on X. ‘Let me be one of the first from America to congratulate you on your re-election, Prime Minister Modi. I am so happy for you. You are the chosen leader for India, selected by God and reaffirmed by the people of Bharat,’ she added.

With the third term ahead, Mary emphasized the importance of uniting India. ‘Your Excellency, you have been given the divine task to unify India as ‘Ek Bharat’ (One India), striving to create a New India where everyone, regardless of background, religion, political view, or economic status, is given equal opportunities in education and employment, and where prosperity and freedom are accessible to all. As you govern the most populous country and the 5th largest economy in the world, may your moral compass always guide you to prioritize what is right and best for India, positioning you as a voice of peace and goodwill among nations globally,’ Mary said.

The BJP-led NDA has won the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections with 293 seats. The BJP secured 241 seats, with PM Modi winning in Varanasi, while TDP won 16 seats and JDU won 12. PM Modi addressed the nation after the victory, expressing gratitude for their support.
