Ranveer Allahbadia, widely known for Beer Biceps channel on YouTube has received extreme criticism for his obscene jokes on comedian Samay Raina’s ‘India’s Got Latent’ show, with many complaints being filed against him alleging vulgarity.
After getting notice from the government, YouTube has removed this controversial episode of comedian Samay Raina’s ‘India’s Got Latent’ show in which popular podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia made obscene jokes which got massive backlash and multiple complaints against him alleging vulgarity.
Meanwhile, Mumbai Police have called Ranveer Allahbadia and Raina for questioning as part of the ongoing controversy.
On Tuesday, Kanchan Gupta, a senior advisor to the Union Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, tweeted that the YouTube episode “India Has Latent” was blocked by the government. He said the video contained inappropriate and offensive comments made by Ranveer Allahbadia.
He also shared a screenshot from the YouTube episode, showing a message that read, “Video unavailable… This content is not available in your country due to a legal complaint from the government.”

Ranveer Allahbadia, who has 10.5 million subscribers on his BeerBiceps YouTube channel and 4.5 million followers on Instagram, caused controversy with a shocking question on his show India’s Got Latent.

He asked a contestant, “Would you rather watch your parents have sex for the rest of your life, or join in once to stop it forever?”
The question stormed the internet with backlash, with many people criticizing it and calling for stricter rules on online content.
As the controversy grew, Allahbadia apologized, admitting that his comment was not only inappropriate but also not funny. He said, “Comedy is not my strength. I’m just here to say sorry.”
On Tuesday, Mumbai Police contacted Allahbadia and Raina, asking them to appear for questioning and cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
