Delhi Colleges To Take On Government Schools

Gupta asked Delhi Education Minister Ashish Sood to prepare a blueprint to ensure the initiative enhances community learning. The chief minister also suggested that Delhi colleges adopt government schools.

“Why don’t our colleges adopt two to three schools each with college students gone once a week to teach and motivate the school students?” she said, and then told Sood to come up with a blueprint for the project.

While speaking at the event, Sood said his government is working towards democratising education across the city – ensuring access and equality in learning.
