Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is looking for a consultant for the making of the township is an area of around 100 acres. This is located in Sector 24A, near the Noida International Airport.

This move is to support the growth encouraged by the upcoming airport in Noida. The Noida International Airport will be operational from April 17, 2025. Due to this airport project, a large amount of investment is made by the investors in plots near the Yamuna Expressway.

The consultant selected for this will be responsible for different tasks. Under these tasks comes the feasibility analysis, land surveying, urban design, road design, contractor selection, landscaping, structural design, tender document preparation and utility service planning.

The authority has released a Request for Proposal document which is related to this matter. The project includes infrastructural development. Under this comes the roads, drainage, water supply, and electrical system. The estimated budget of this is Rs 150 crore. The budget can be increased if any additional work is done.

According to the RPF documents, “YEIDA intends to create a mixed-use sector that addresses the increasing demand for housing alongside commercial, residential, and institutional facilities. The project’s estimated infrastructure cost of Rs 150 crore covers essential services like roads, drainage, water supply, and electricity. The Authority aims to create a sustainable and future-oriented living environment for the growing urban population. This township development complements YEIDA’s broader strategy of expanding its industrial presence in the region,” as quoted by Times of India.

Noida International Airport will be at a distance of a few kilometers from them. Not only the expressway but the education hub of Greater Noida, Knowledge Park will also be closer to them. There are several developmental projects, shopping centers, and other infra-related projects that are going to open soon. Apart from this, there is Expo Mart, Buddh International Circuit, etc…

Also, there is Yamuna Expressway which will connect the residents of Noida and Greater Noida to different cities directly. This will save their travel time and make their journey comfortable.

These all things become important for the investors before making any investment. There will be an increase in air travel from next year within the NCR, as per media reports.
