The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) launched the Diwali 2024 Residential Plot Scheme this year. Under the Diwali 2024 Residential Plot Scheme, the authority is offering 821 premium plots. These plots are near the Yamuna Expressway and Noida International Airport.
The scheme offers 821 residential plots located near Sector 24-A in Greater Noida. The scheme offers plots of different sizes, which include: 120 sqm, 162sqm, 200sqm and 250sqm. The price for the plot is Rupees 2,900 per square meter.
The plots under the scheme will be allotted for 90 years. People who are above the age of 18 years have applied for this scheme. People who previously had been allotted with flat or plot under the scheme were not eligible to apply for this. The allotment of the plots will be done through a draw and the draw date is December 27, 2024.
