Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority is ready to bring the premium hotel plot scheme before the launch of Noida Airport in April 2025.
YEIDA launched the Premium Hotel Plot Scheme on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. This project has 28 premium plots in sectors 28 and 29 near the Noida International Airport. This project is intended to bring 5-Star hotels and many more.
Size And Cost Of The Plots
In the sector 28, two large land parcels are available, land with 10,000 sqm costs Rs 65.3 crore, whereas land with 20,000 sqm costs Rs 130.6 crore.
Together both the lands offer a grand investment of Rs 195.9 crore. The extension of the project is in Sector 29. There plots are available in 10 different ranges. It starts from 3,100 sqm to 6,400 sqm. The biggest plot in this sector is of 6,400 sqm. The price of this plot is Rs 43.8 crore.
Two of the plots in the 4,000 sqm category costs Rs 26.1 crore and Rs 24.9 crore. The plot which are mid-sized with 3,400 sqm cost between Rs 21 crore to Rs 22 crore.
The plot of 3,100sqm size are valued between Rs 19.3 crore to Rs 20.2 crore. The total cost of the plot available in this sector under this scheme is Rs 276.2 crore.
The total area under this particular scheme is 67,800 sqm including both the sectors. This brings the investment opportunity of 472.2 crore.
