On 20th January, 2025 e-auction will be held for the plots under this scheme. On this day name of the applicants will be revealed by the organization. List of the people selected for this will be declared on 17th January 2025.

The plots under this scheme are for the making of hotels. The scheme was started on 28th November 2024. There are 20 plots under this scheme. These plots are available near Yamuna Expressway and the Noida International Airport.

About Sizes Of Plot

In the sector 17 plots are available from 11,513.72 to 24,282 sqm range. The base price for this s Rs 32,375 per sqm. There are plots in sector 18 of 16,188 sqm.

And there are plots in Sector 22D. Here the range of the plots are from 20,235 sqm to 89,034 sqm, as per media reports.
