Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has finally released the lucky draw list. Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) organised an event to release the draw results on December 27, 2024.
This lucky draw was held for the 451 plots under the YEIDA scheme which is located near the Yamuna Expressway and the Noida International Airport. The last date to apply for this scheme was November 30, 2024.
The event was held at India Expo Center and Mart situated near Pari Chowk in Greater Noida on December 27, 2024. The event started at 10 AM and finished around 4:00 pm. The whole event was live streamed by the authority. This was done by the authority for the people who were not able to attend the event physically. In this event a total of 451 plots were allotted.
The people who were allotted plots under this scheme of YEIDA had to make the full payment within 60 days from the date of allotment. If the applicants fail to do this, then a fine will be imposed on them. An additional 30 days can be given to the applicant to do this when he is unable to make the payment. But for this, a 13% annual interest will be charged to that person, as per media reports.
