The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had brought its Diwali 2024 residential plot scheme. Under this scheme comes 821 plots which is situated near the Yamuna Expressway. This scheme brings excellent opportunity for homebuyers.
Last Day To Apply
Today that is November 30, 2024, is the last day for applicants to apply for this scheme. The application form got open for the applicants on October 31, 2024. And the last day for applying under this scheme is November 30, that is today.
About The Scheme
The scheme offers 821 residential plots. It is located near Sector 24-A in Greater Noida. It is located near the Jewar Airport. It offers different plot sizes, which includes- 120 sqm, 162sqm, 200sqm and 250sqm.
The price for this is Rupees 2,900 per square meter.
The scheme brings the additional charges which includes- 5% of the premium for the Greenbelt plots, 5% of the premium for the plots in corner, 5% of the premium for the roads wider that 18 meters and 15% of the premium for the maximum location charge.
Payments can be done via YEIDA site. The allotment will be through a draw of lots of plot numbers. The draw date for this is December 27, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications for this scheme will be accepted till November 30. The draw for the scheme will be held on December 27. All these plots will be allotted for 90 years. YEIDA has issued guidelines for buying a plot. These instructions are for those who already own a plot. A person should be above the age of 18 years to purchase the plot. People who have been already allotted residential plots of flats in any such scheme cannot apply for this scheme.
