YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024: Good News! 451 Plots Available In Sector 24-A; Check Sizes, Criteria And More

Applications for this scheme will be accepted till November 30. The draw for the scheme will be held on December 27. All these plots will be allotted for 90 years.

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority recently announced a residential plot scheme in 2024. In which plots have been offered at prime locations near the upcoming Noida International Airport along the Yamuna Expressway. Plots are available in various sizes, ranging from 100 to 260 square meters. All the 451 plots, with different sizes, have been taken out in Sector-24A near the airport. This scheme is open for all, but there are certain restrictions to it due to which some cannot apply for the scheme. The authorities have started the application process under the scheme from 31st October to 30th November 2024.

Eligibility Criteria For The Scheme

Applications for this scheme will be accepted till November 30. The draw for the scheme will be held on December 27. All these plots will be allotted for 90 years. YEIDA has issued guidelines for buying a plot. These instructions are for those who already own a plot. A person should be above the age of 18 years to purchase the plot. All the eligible citizens can apply for plots under any category; however, those who have been already allotted residential plots of flats in any scheme won’t be eligible for allotment under YEIDA Plot Scheme. YEIDA said that if they apply then their application will be rejected.

Sizes Of Plot

YEIDA has launched a residential plot scheme in Sector-24 A. The location of these plots by YEIDA is near Noida International Airport. Which has 100 plots of 120 square meters, 169 plots of 162 square meters, 172 plots of 200 square meters, 6 plots of 250 square meters and 4 plots of 260 square meters. Farmers have also been taken care of in this scheme. There are certain plots which are reserved for the farmers. Out of all these plots, 79 plots have been reserved for farmers.

Loan From Bank

The authority has given only the option of lump sum payment to those who buy these plots. Earlier there was also an option to deposit money in installments, but in which previous schemes the beneficiaries made lump sum payment. After which this time YEIDA has kept the option of lump sum payment only. YEIDA has kept its registration fee at Rs 600. YEIDA has also taken special care of those who do not have full money. Such people can get loan from 4 banks for lump sum payment. For this, YEIDA has already tied up with the banks.

Required Documents

The documents required are Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, address Proof along with mobile number. All the payment will be done through online mode on the website of Yamuna Authority.  The allotment of residential plots under this scheme will take place by drawing the lots of plot numbers.
