Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has brought a new scheme which offers 20 plots. The new group housing scheme is brought to boost the industrial development. The plots are available in following sectors- 17, 18 and 22D.
The scheme brings an good opportunity for the homebuyers and investors. It offers six plots in the sector 17, five plots in sector 18 and nine of the plots in sector 22D.
The size of the plots range from 11,513.72 sqm to 89,034 sqm. Plots which are available in sector 17 range from 11,513.72 sqm to 24,282 sqm. The base price of plots in sector 17 is Rupees 32,375 per sqm.
Plots in the sector 18 are of 16,188 sqm. On the other end the plots available in the sector 22D are the widest one. The size of the plot in sector 22D starts from 20,235 sqm and goes till 89,034 sqm.
The developers need to pay a certain amount for the registration process which is also called earnest money deposit. The amount range from Rs 3.73 crore to Rs 30.27 crore. This process is compulsory to participate in the scheme, as reported by Times Of India.
The application process for this scheme began on Thursday. It will remain open until Monday, December 18. The E-auction will be held for the allocation process. The scheduled date for the e-auction is January 20.
