The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority had launched Diwali 2024 Residential Plot Scheme. Under the scheme they offers 821 premium plots. These plots are located near Yamuna Expressway.
The dream of some people who are dreaming of their own house in Noida and took part in this scheme is going to be fulfilled next month. YEIDA has brought the scheme which offers a residential plots near the Jewar Airport in Greater Noida.
The application form got open for the applicants on October 31, 2024. And the last day for this scheme was November 30. The application form for this scheme is now closed.
The allotment of the plots will be done through a draw. The draw date for this is December 27, 2024.
About The Scheme
The scheme have 821 residential plots. It is located near Sector 24-A in Greater Noida. The plots are located near the Jewar Airport. The scheme offers plots of different sizes, which includes- 120 sqm, 162sqm, 200sqm and 250sqm. The price for the plot is Rupees 2,900 per square meter.
The plots under the scheme will be allotted for 90 years. People who are above the age of 18 years applied for this scheme. But this scheme was not meant for the person who have been already allotted plots or flat under such scheme.
Refund Process
The process of allotment follows a draw method, with different categories for various applicants. Refund for the unsuccessful applicant will get processed with zero interest if it get returned within one year. The refunds after a year will have interest based on the SBI saving account rate.
