Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has launched a new residential plot scheme on this Diwali 2024.The Scheme offers around 400 plots in Sector 24A. The Scheme offers smaller plots for buyers near Noida International Airport.

The applications for the scheme opened on October 31 2024. And the closing date is on November 30, 2024.

Sizes of the Plots

The scheme provides the plots in three different sizes, 120 square meters (sqm), 162 sqm, 200 sqm and 260 sqm. In sector 24A, 451 Plots are available out of which 372 are for general category.

The area around the Noida International Airport has gained interest among home builders. Many Buyers find it a perfect opportunity for investment in the developing area, with the Airport expected to commence from April 2025.

YEIDA Launched 361 Plot Scheme In September

In September, YEIDA has launched 361 plots scheme for which more than 200,000 applicants applied for it.
The previous scheme offered the size of plot in 120 to 4000 sqm. They offered the plot at price of Rupees 29,500 per sqm.

Price Of The Land

According to the brochure,the price of land in the residential plot under this scheme is Rupees 25,900 sq. m.

Allotment Process

The allotment will be through a draw of lots of plot numbers. These will be considered for each category separately.

Eligibility For The Scheme

The member or the allottee should not have flats/ plot allotted by YEIDA. Under the general category, the applicant should have attained the age of 18 years on date of issue of scheme. Eligible person can apply for one plot under this scheme. Those who have already allotted plot/ flat in any of the scheme are not eligible for this scheme.

Applicant can have joint registration only if in immediate relation (mother/ father/ brother/ son/ sister/ daughter/ wife/ husband) with the proof of their relation with them.

Construction Time frame of Building in This Scheme

The allottee will need to complete the construction as per YEIDA building regulations and get occupancy certificate from the YEIDA within three years from date of execution of Lease deed. In case the allottee fails to construct the building within the given time period, the extended time can be granted on payment of charges. The charges follow the rates: 4% of total premium of plot for the first, 5% for the second and 6% for the third year. But if it get beyond three years, 4% sector rate per sq m will be counted, as per brochure.
