The Uttar Pradesh government has given a green signal to the second phase of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority’s Master Plan 2031. The approval lets YEIDA develop major industrial facilities as well as residential and commercial projects throughout the 165-km Yamuna Expressway zones within Aligarh Mathura Hathras and Agra districts.
YEIDA’s Coverage Across Six Districts
YEIDA controls a total area of 3,352 square kilometers covering 1,149 villages located in six districts which include Gautam Budh Nagar, Bulandshahr, Agra, Aligarh, Mathura, and Hathras.
Division Of YEIDA’s Master Plan 2031
The Master Plan 2031 divides itself into phased development. Phase I of YEIDA consists of 759 sq km spread throughout Gautam Budh Nagar and Bulandshahr but Phase II reaches 2,593 sq km to urban areas within Mathura, Agra, Aligarh, and Hathras. Through Phase I authorities conduct land acquisition along with allotment activities for all development purposes. YEIDA has presented detailed project reports to the media about their Phase II development strategy that contains heritage city and logistics park projects across the four cities.
Hi-Tech Township Near Jewar Airport
A hi-tech township in Uttar Pradesh operates about 15 minutes away from Jewar International Airport. YEIDA launched this visionary project in Sector-24A Noida which stands in proximity to both International Film City (1 km distance) and Yamuna Expressway (500 metres distance) while also being adjacent to the MotoGP track. The residential portion of the township includes 451 residential plots measuring different sizes that span from six lots of 250 square meters to four lots of 260 square meters and further consist of 100 lots of 120 square meters and 169 lots of 162 square meters and eventually 172 lots of 200 square meters.
