YEIDA will its scheme are offering flats to the homebuyers. This brings a good opportunity for investors and the homebuyers. The demand for the property has increased in Greater Noida and Noida area due to the upcoming Noida International Airport.
Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has started booking of the flats. The price for the same will be between Rs 23.37 lakh to Rs 45.90 lakh. You can book or apply for this by March 2025. The location of the flats are near the Noida International Airport in Sector 22D.
The scheme will deliver 1239 flats, served on the basis of first come, first serve. Booking for 1 BHK and 2 BHK flat got started on September 19, 2024. The last day for the booking is March 31, 2025. The allocation of the flats will be done on the basis of first come first serve. Under the scheme the people applying will get the choice to select the flat of their choice and then book it.
In sector 22D the authority have made 1BHK flats of 29.76 sqm. They have made 1 BHK- 4 storey flats of 54.75 sqm and 2-BHK 16 storey flats of 99.86 sqm.
Eligibility Criteria
For applying under this scheme person should at least 18 years-old. The applicants should not have been allotted with any flat or plot under any such scheme. For registration process a non-refundable amount of Rupees 600 is required. Apart from this earnest deposit money, which should be 10% of flat price should be paid.

For registering under the scheme, one should follow the steps given below:
One should visit the official site of YEIDA.
- After this person need to select the size, sector and block preferred by him.
- After this one should upload all the necessary documents required (Passport size photograph, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card and one should provide the reservation certificate if you are applicable)
- After this payment of the flat and registration amount need to be done.
- At the end a letter will be sent to the applicant through e-mail
