Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s stopped from taking off in Mahagama due to non-clearance from Air Traffic Control (ATC). After his speech in public rally in Mahagama assembly constituency in Godda district of Jharkhand his helicopter was stopped from taking off.

Addressing the rally at Mahagama constituency, Rahul Gandhi said, “” We are not scared of Narendra Modi, the 56-inch chest man and Mann ki Baat. Narendra Modi is a puppet of billionaires. Whatever the billionaires say, Narendra Modi does the same. Modi ji has waived off Rs 16 lakh crore of billionaires by snatching the money of the poor. Dharavi’s land worth Rs 1 lakh crore in Maharashtra is also being handed over to Adani. The truth is that- Our government in Maharashtra has been toppled only to grab land”.
PM Modi’s Aircraft Experience Technical Snag
Similarly, PM Modi’s aircraft experienced a technical snag due to which his aircraft remained at the Deoghar airport for some time. Because of this it caused some delay in his return to Delhi.
Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma’s Statement
Reacting on the incident, Assam CM and BJP co-in-charge for Jharkhand Assembly elections Himanta Biswa Sarma said that, “When it’s about the PM, even during Rajiv Gandhi’s and Manmohan Singh’s time, others’ choppers used to be stopped. you are such a big leader, you (Rahul Gandhi) should feel good if you get 10 minutes extra time to be in Jharkhand. The air, water and people are so good here.”

He further added, saying, “Congress should not be in fear of PM Modi as everyone loves him. But, Congress must understand that I am not scared of Rahul Gandhi because Congress has destroyed the country in 70 years…”
Congress Leader Dipika Pandey Singh’s Statement
Congress candidate from Mahagama Assembly Dipika Pandey Singh reacted to this incident by posting on her X handle, saying, “BJP is very upset after seeing its defeat in Jharkhand. BJP is very upset after seeing the election crowd in Mahagama and that is why as part of a conspiracy, Rahul Gandhi’s chopper was prevented from flying for two hours. His helicopter was not allowed to fly at the behest of Narendra Modi and Amit Shah.”.

She further added by saying, “Mr. Rahul Gandhi had come to address a huge public meeting for Congress candidate Deepika Pandey Singh from Mahagama on Friday. He had to return after the completion of the program. But his helicopter was stopped from flying due to lack of clearance from ATC.”.
