What Is Bambiha Gang?
The Bambiha gang is believed to be an arch-rival of the incarcerated gangster Lawrence Bishnoi criminal group.
The Bambiha Gang came into the limelight after the incident of daylight firing outside the court in Nagaur, Rajasthan two year ago, in which gangster, Sandeep Bishnoi was killed. As per reports, the gang was formed by Davinder Bambiha, a resident of Bambiha village in Moga. Davinder was arrested and sent to jail after his name came up in a murder case.
He was later killed in a police encounter near Rampura in Bathinda in September 2016. After Davinder’s killing, Gaurav alias Lucky Patial who is currently on the run, reportedly took charge of the Bambiha gang.
The Gang is involved in heinous crimes such as murder, threat, extortion, ransom, and other criminal activities in many districts of Punjab.
