For several days, these places have experienced a dip in temperature due to periodic snowfall and rain. The temperature has plummeted to negative or even below zero in several places. New cyclonic circulation
A new cyclonic circulation is expected to form over the North Andaman Sea, according to the Meteorological Department. This will cause the weather in the nearby area to alter.
