New Delhi: According to the IMD prediction, rainfall with thunder and lightning at a few places in north Punjab, Haryana, South Delhi, North Madhya Pradesh, and 16 other places is possible.
IMD tweeted, “Latest Satellite imagery shows the possibility of light to moderate rainfall with thunder & lightning at a few places of north Punjab, Haryana, South Delhi, North Madhya Pradesh & adjoining Uttar Pradesh, northeast Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Arunachal Pradesh, Assam & Meghalaya, Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura, south Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and coastal Karnataka during next 2-3 hours.”
According to the Meteorological Department, rain will continue to pour in Delhi until June 27. A temperature drop of 4 degrees can be seen, and the high and low temperatures in Delhi today are expected to be 38 and 28 degrees Celsius, respectively. High winds will accompany the showers. Uttar Pradesh has also seen rain and good weather. The current weather is expected to remain until June 25th, according to the Meteorological Department.
According to the Regional Meteorological Department’s (RMC) seven-day forecast, Delhi will have a partly cloudy sky with a probability of light rain or drizzle on Thursday.
The maximum temperature is forecast to be around 38 degrees Celsius, with the minimum hovering around 28 degrees.
