Weather Forecast: The monsoon is pouring heavily in many parts of the country, including Delhi-NCR, where it is making its final stop. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued rain warnings in many states even today. Even today, the MID has predicted heavy rain in many states, including West Bengal, Odisha, and Jharkhand.

For the next two days, the MID predicts light to heavy rains in the northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura.

For the last four to five days, it has been raining in many parts of the country, including Delhi-NCR. Even today, the Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Delhi-NCR.

At the same time, cyclonic circulation is present over Northeast Rajasthan and adjacent parts of Uttar Pradesh. A trough extends from a cyclonic circulation over Northeast Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, across Madhya Pradesh, North Chhattisgarh, and North Odisha, and up to the Northwest Bay of Bengal.

Light to moderate rain with light to moderate rain may occur over Northeast Rajasthan, parts of Delhi NCR, West Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, and Nagaland, according to private weather forecasting agency Skymet Weather.

Parts of Punjab, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, the rest of Northeast India, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, East Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Konkan, and Goa may experience light to moderate rain. Rain is also possible in Vidarbha, Marathwada, Telangana, Karnataka’s interior, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep.

Monsoon activity is expected to end soon, according to meteorologists. The direction of moist air that is coming from the east will change to the west. The monsoon is on its way out in this situation. The Meteorological Department can make an official announcement about the monsoon’s departure in the next one to two days. However, the monsoon soaked many areas heavily in September.
