As Bihar prepares for the fourth phase of Lok Sabha elections on May 13, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is actively campaigning across the state, following a roadshow in Patna on May 12. He began the day by visiting a Gurudwara and then addressing election rallies in Hajipur and Muzaffarpur before heading to Chapra. Meanwhile, Misa Bharti, daughter of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, arrived to submit her nomination papers for the Patliputra constituency, accompanied by her father, mother Rabri Devi, and brother Tej Pratap Yadav. However, an incident occurred where Tej Pratap Yadav became visibly upset and pushed a party worker.

At first, Misa Bharti tried to pacify her brother’s anger, while RJD leader Shakti Yadav also attempted to calm Tej Pratap down. However, in the video footage, Tej Pratap appeared so consumed by rage that he didn’t heed anyone’s efforts to calm him down.

The video capturing Tej Pratap’s outburst is now circulating widely on social media. Reports suggest that Tej Pratap became upset over something said by the worker, resulting in him pushing the individual.
Misa Bharti is vying for a seat in the Lok Sabha from Patliputra for the third consecutive time. Despite previous attempts in the 2014 and 2019 elections, she suffered significant defeats. Once more, Misa Bharti finds herself in competition with NDA candidate Ram Kripal Yadav for the Patliputra Lok Sabha seat.
If Misa Bharti fails to secure victory from this seat, it will mark her third consecutive defeat. Conversely, if Ram Kripal Yadav emerges triumphant, it will signify his third consecutive victory from this constituency. Both candidates are locked in their third electoral battle against each other.
