Patna: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) national president JP Nadda Saturday visited Patna University but he was forced to leave as students started sloganeering against him. The protestors were demanding the status of Central University to the Patna varsity.
In the video, BJP president Nadda was seen surrounded with people who were raising slogans against him saying “Nadda Go Back!”.
Students, in a huge number, gathered at the spot to protest where they showed a black flag to the BJP president.
The protest was carried out by the members of All India Students Association (AISA). AISA informed about the protest by releasing a notification. In the press release, it mentioned that the protest was led by Kumar Divyam, its state unit joint secretary along with Neeraj Yadav, Aditya Ranjan and others.
It should be noted that there is an alliance government in Bihar with the allegiance of BJP.
