Pakistan Violates Ceasefire: Heavy Shelling in Jammu, Drone Attacks in Srinagar and Along LoC

Just after few hours after the MEA briefing, Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah posted on his X handle about the explosion in Srinagar. This becomes a violation of the ceasefire. Omar Abdullah wrote, "What the hell just happened to the ceasefire? Explosions heard across Srinagar!!!"

Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri on Friday informed about the ceasefire between India and Pakistan. He said both sides would stop all firing and military action on land and in the air and sea with effect from 1700 hours Indian Standard Time.

There were multiple drone attacks in the Kashmir Valley. There were drone attacks in the areas of Udhampur and Jammu. Several drones were shot down.

Drone attack, foiled in Srinagar, Anantnag, and Pattan, areas of Kashmir Valley. Not only in Srinagar, but the sound of explosions was heard three times in 5 minutes in Jaisalmer.
