Dehradun: Uttarakhand Disaster Management Secretary Vinod Kumar Suman says, "It has rained heavily in the last 12 hours and there has been damage in many places. In Dehradun alone, there have been waterlogging at about twenty places. Roads have broken at many places in the state of Uttarakhand. Two bridges have been washed away. Many houses are filled with debris and water. So far, two people have died in Dehradun, one in Nainital, and one in Pithoragarh; a total of four people have been reported dead. Rescue work is being done at all places. Currently, no one is trapped anywhere. Four-six people are missing. Teams are continuously working on the spot to search for them. Currently, the situation in the entire state remains normal..."
