Javed sourced materials such as glucose bottles and iron pellets from local outlets, including doctors and cycle shops, to craft these improvised explosive devices (IEDs). Additionally, he incorporated items such as watches into the bomb-making process. The IEDs were assembled using glass bottles filled with a deadly combination of gunpowder, iron pellets, cotton, and Plaster of Paris.
