UP Shocker: Teacher Breaks Student’s Leg, Gives Rs 200 To Mother For Treatment, Gets Arrested

A private school teacher in Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh, has been arrested for beating a 10-year-old student and breaking his leg.

When the 10-year-old boy’s mother spoke to the teacher, he gave her Rs 200 for the boy’s treatment reported by India Today.

The incident took place on Saturday when the student couldn’t answer a question asked by the teacher. The boy also said he had trouble hearing after the attack, India Today reported

The boy told his parents what happened. They took him to the hospital, where doctors confirmed that his leg was broken and he had trouble hearing.

When the boy’s mother spoke to the teacher, he gave her Rs 200 for his treatment.

The mother filed a complaint on Sunday.

The police have charged the teacher and arrested him under Section 151 of the BNS.
