Registration for Pre Matric and Post Matric Programmes for UP Scholarship 2024 has begun for both new and renewal applications. Interested students for this can register now. The registration for this started from July 1, 2024.
The Programme of Scholarship was started by the Uttar Pradesh government to provide financial support to the students.
Pre-matric and post-matric scholarships for 2024-2025 has been announced by the Social Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh. Candidates who are interested for these UP government scholarships can apply. Students from different states but are enrolled in colleges in Uttar Pradesh are eligible for this scheme.
The objective of this Programme launched by the UP government is to provide financial aid to students from General, Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes, Minority Communities and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
Dates For Filing Application Form
The application processing for the scheme has started from July 1 2024 and the last date to apply for the scheme is December 20, 2024.
The candidate eligible under this scheme can apply for the scheme using online medium. The online application processing has started from July 12, 2024 and the last date for this will be December 31 2024.

Eligibility For This Scheme
- Candidate applying for Post Matric Scholarship must be resident of Uttar Pradesh.
- Students who are in Class 11th and 12th are eligible for this Programme.
- The annual household income for General, OBC and minority should not cross Rs 2 lakh.
- The annual household income for SC and ST should not cross Rs 2 lakh 50 thousand.
- The candidate must have valid caste certification.
- The candidate must have Aadhar Card.
