UP News: At least 50 people were injured after a bus carrying passengers lost control and overturned near milestone 127 on the Noida-Agra route of the Yamuna Expressway. The incident occurred in the early hours of Monday, around 1:30 am, under the jurisdiction of the Baldev police station. Following the incident, police were alerted and ambulances were called to transport the injured passengers to hospitals, where three remain in critical condition.
How did the incident occur?
The incident occurred when a private bus carrying 55 to 60 passengers from Noida to Lucknow lost control and overturned on the Yamuna Expressway. More than 50 passengers were injured, and three were trapped inside the bus. Passersby, hearing their cries, alerted the police, who rescued the injured and sent them to the district hospital. Eight injured passengers were sent to Agra’s SN Medical College.
