UP: Major Fire Breaks Out in Bushes Near Sector 128 In Noida

A social media user posted a picture of the incident and commented that the billowing flames had slightly died down.

A major fire broke out in the bushes near sector 128 in Uttar Pradesh’s Noida on Thursday. Several fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the flames. The fire started in bushes and spread to the forest area.

The district administration and police were present on the site. Initial reports suggested that the fire spread in the vicinity where several apartments are located like JayPee Wishtown. The incident triggered panic among the residents. 

A social media user posted a picture of the incident and commented that the billowing flames had slightly died down. The firefighters have yet not commented on the incident.

Earlier, a similar incident took place in the state of Kerala where a fire broke out at an automobile service centre in Kochi.  Fire tenders quickly reached the spot and worked to bring the blaze under control.

Firefighting teams were on-site to ensure safety and prevent the fire from reigniting.
