According to the authority, this expressway has been designed in such a way that vehicles can easily run on it at a speed of 120 kmph. The width of the main road will be 40 meters, and at many places it will be connected to a 3.75-meter-wide service road. Apart from this, a 200-meter-long and seven-meter-wide service road will also be built near the bridges. The project will include facilities such as the construction of a main road, a modern drainage system, lights on 10-metre high poles, 30-metre high mast lights on approach roads, and clear lane markings. UPEIDA also informed that the process of preparing the master plan and detailed project report (DPR) will start in July.
