Ajay Seth is an IAS officer from the 1987 batch and a member of Nirmala Sitharaman’s team at the Ministry of Finance. He is currently serving as Secretary in the Department of Economic Affairs. He played a key role in introducing India’s first Green Sovereign Green Bond.

Hari Ranjan Rao is a 1994-batch IAS officer in charge of the technology and governance sections of the PMO. He was Secretary to former Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan before coming to the PMO and also worked in the Department of Telecommunications.
