New Delhi: Both the Houses have been adjourned on Monday soon after the commencement of the proceedings till 2 PM. Today marks 13th day of second phase of the Union Budget Session 2023 and the stalement continued in the Parliament.

As soon as the proceedings started, the Opposition started raising anti-government slogans while opposing the dsqualification of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi from the Lower House. Meanwhile, the leaders of the Opposition camp continue to ask for setting up the Joint Parlimantary Committee (JPC) in the Adani issue.

In a show of strength, Opposition leaders wore black outfits to the Parliament. The leaders carried out a meeting in the Congress chamber under the leadership of party chief Mallikarjun Kharge regarding a strategy for the Parliament.

Meanwhile, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has attacked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for insulting the OBC community. Leaders of the saffron party also protested in front of the statue of Mahatama Gandhi.

As per the media sources, the Centre is likely to introduce several important Bills on Monday.
