Ujjain Man Killed in Stabbing Incident on Diwali After Bike Collision, Police Hunt for Accused

Sources in the police said that a minor collision with a youth’s bike led to an argument, during which Sandeep attacked him. A few moments later, the youth returned with three accomplices.

In a shocking incident, a 35-year-old man was stabbed to death on Diwali in Madhya Pradesh’s Ujjain.

According to a report published by NDTV, the incident took place at 3 a.m. and was captured on CCTV. The four accused are still at large.

The victim was identified as Sandeep Rathore, who was returning on his bike along with his friend Vikas and a young woman. Sources in the police said that a minor collision with a youth’s bike led to an argument, during which Sandeep attacked him. A few moments later, the youth returned with three accomplices.

CCTV footage shows they attacked Sandeep multiple times on his neck, back, and stomach, causing him to collapse on the spot. The accused fled on their bike but returned to check whether Sandeep was alive. He was rushed to the hospital, where he died during treatment.

The police have registered a case and launched a manhunt to nab the accused.

A senior police officer said that a murder case has been registered against the four attackers and their identities are being established.
