Collector Urges Calm As Udaipur Police Deploy After School Stabbing Incident
The incident took place at the Government Higher Secondary School in Bhattiani Chauhatta, within the Surajpol police station area of the city.
Upon arriving at the scene, the District Collector urged the public to remain calm. The student injured in the stabbing is reportedly in critical condition and has been moved to the ICU, where a team of doctors is closely monitoring him. Following the incident, police forces have been stationed at various points throughout the city.

Old Rivalry Leads To Stabbing, Tensions Rise As Vehicles Torched
According to reports, a fight broke out between two students, leading to one student from a specific community stabbing and injuring the other. After news of the incident spread, a large crowd from Hindu organizations gathered and began causing a commotion. The reason for the fight is still unclear. A significant number of people from these organizations have also gathered at the hospital, demanding strict action.
Additional SP Umesh Ojha stated that the police are thoroughly investigating the incident. Early findings indicate that the two students had an old rivalry. Meanwhile, several vehicles have been set on fire in Ashwini Bazaar.
