A major fire broke out at a local market following which several dhabas and shanti’s were gutted to fire due to the short circuit, at Gaur Chowk, Greater Noida West. No causalities due to the fire have been reported till now.

According to the reports, as soon as the fire station got the information, a total of eight fire tenders rushed to the spot to control the situation. The process of cooling down the fire is underway.

As per chief fire officer Pradeep Kumar, “On Wednesday morning, we received the information of fire in few dhabas and shanties at Gaur City circle following which the fire tendered were dispatched for the spot immediately.”

As the firefighters reached the spot, they found that six dhabas and two shops were engulfed in fire. Currently after seeing the intensity of fire, 10 fire tenders are here. Till now, no causalities or injuries have been reported.
