Authorities have confirmed that while the bodies of the two men have been recovered, a massive search operation is currently underway in the area as security forces work to locate any remaining threats. The gruesome nature of this crime has drawn widespread condemnation from political leaders, including Dr. Farooq Abdullah, President of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, and Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, who expressed their sorrow over the loss.
