Tragic Bus Accident In MP: 2 Dead, 40 Injured As Bus Plunges Off Bridge

The accident occurred close to Sadguru Dhaba in the Pachor area as the bus, en route from Indore to Guna, encountered the mishap late at night. The police were notified by injured passengers, and nearby individuals gathered at the scene upon hearing the cries for help.

A horrific road accident occurred in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh (MP), where a bus packed with passengers fell from a bridge, overturning and crashing down. Two passengers reportedly lost their lives, and around 40 others sustained injuries. The accident took place near Sadguru Dhaba in the Pachor area. The bus, traveling from Indore to Guna, met with the accident late at night. Injured passengers alerted the police about the incident, while passers-by gathered at the spot upon hearing the screams.

Upon receiving news of the accident, the police promptly arrived at the scene and, along with civilians, initiated a rescue operation. The injured were transported to the hospital using ambulances and private vehicles. Many suffered head injuries and severe bleeding. The police took custody of the deceased bodies, and the heavily damaged bus was attended to. Broken glass littered the scene, and a crane was employed to upright the overturned bus. Authorities have filed a case regarding the accident and commenced an investigation. The condition of the injured is reported to be stable.
