7 people died in a horrific accident in Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras. As per media reports, 8 people are under critical condition. The accident took place when Tata Magic or the pickup carrying passengers collided with a truck. After this, the truck went out of control and overturned.

7 people, including 3 women, 3 men, and a child lost their lives after a pickup collided with a Truck in Uttar Pradesh’s Hathras.
The pickup was moving towards Nagla Imlia in Etah. It was coming from Kumrai village located in Hathras. All the people in it were residents of Uttar Pradesh.
UP CM Yogi Adityanath has expressed grief over the accident. He wrote on his X handle, “The loss of life in a road accident on the Mathura-Kasganj highway in Hathras district is extremely sad and heart-wrenching. My condolences are with the bereaved family. District administration officials have been instructed to carry out relief operations expeditiously and immediately take the injured to the hospital for proper treatment. I pray to Lord Shri Ram to give a place to the departed souls in his feet and provide speedy recovery to the injured.”

A collision of vehicles took place near Salempur of Police Station Kotwali Hathras Junction area. The seriously injured people have been admitted to the district hospital.
The accident took place on Salempur Bareilly-Mathura route. The Tata Magic was totally shattered after the collision with the truck. The vehicle overturned several times and fell into a ditch.
