Rain is expected today in a number of locations, including Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Andaman, Nicobar, Yanam, Kerala, and Mahe, according to the meteorological department. Additionally, rain is expected today in Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, and Nagaland.

According to MI, the first Western Disturbance will knock in Kashmir on Monday. Due to which there will be rain with snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal and Uttarakhand from November one or two.
On November 3, the second Western Disturbance will come. Due to this, there will be heavy snowfall from Kashmir to Himachal and Uttarakhand on November 5-6 along with rain at many places.
The Meteorological Department says that at present dry northwest winds are blowing from north and west to central India. These winds will pass through snowy areas after snowfall on the mountains and will reach most parts of North India with coolness.
Due to this, there will be a big drop in temperature from 8-9 November in many states of the country including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Telangana, Odisha.
According to private weather forecasting agency Skymet Weather, today it will rain at some places in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Andaman-Nicobar Islands, South Interior Karnataka, South Coastal Karnataka and Kerala.
At the same time, the air quality of Delhi and NCR will remain in the very poor to severe category. There is a possibility of fog in the Gangetic plains in the morning.
