The doctors have staged protests and decided to boycott duties after SDM Sedwa allegedly threatened Dr Rawat, who was on OPD duty. Despite this, the SDM issued a video apology over the incident, but the doctors were adamant about his suspension and demanded an FIR against the officer.

Dabi called a meeting at her office at 4 pm, where all the members of the doctor association were present. They accepted the apology, and the district magistrate agreed to respectful future inspections.

Tina Dabi, the topper of the 2015 UPSC CSE, has made headlines for her innovation in sanitation in the district. Dabi’s younger sister, Ria Dabi, is also an IAS officer.
