85th Congress Convention: The three-day 85th National Congress Convention (85th Congress Steering Committee Meeting) began on Friday in Chhattisgarh’s capital Raipur. Congress leaders from all over the country have reached Raipur to participate in the convention.
Before commencing of convention Congress President Mallikaarjun Kharge issued a letter. The Letter mentioned special things that have been said about the 85th National Convention.

According to congress, there was an open discussion in the steering committee. All the 45 present members expressed their points. The Steering Committee has decided Unanimously that the Congress President should be empowered to nominate the members of the Congress Working Committee (CWC).

These big leaders will come to Raipur
Apart from former Congress President Rahul Gandhi, 75 other big Congress leaders will come to Raipur from across the country. As per information, former Congress Presidents, Chief Ministers, and many senior congress leaders will attend the convention.
