Threatening messages targeting Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal were discovered inside metro train coaches at a minimum of two stations. Images of the messages appeared on social media, showing several written on the walls of metro coaches and at least two on signboards at Patel Nagar and Rajiv Chowk metro stations. Many of the images also included an Instagram handle, but it remains unclear whether the messages were initially posted from that account. A senior police officer stated that they have received information about the matter and have launched an investigation into it. A team has been deployed to locate the metro coach on which the messages were written.
