Among the four is the Delhi Government versus Lieutenant Governor of Delhi on control of services. After that it will proceed for the cases related to Maharashtra politics. The Bench is also scheduled to hear Assam NRC case. The fourth case the Bench will hear is the ‘validity of extending legislative assembly reservations beyond 10 years’ case.
