The Rajiv Yuva Vikasam Scheme in Telangana has a deadline of April 14, 2025. This scheme aims to benefit 15 lakh youth, with about 9 lakh already applying.

Under the Telangana government’s Rajiv Yuva Vikasam scheme launched in March 2025 the state supports youth financial development among marginalized groups. The program provides three-stage loans for business development according to business size:

Category 1: Loans up to Rs 1 lakh with an 80% government subsidy
Category 2: Loans between Rs 1 lakh and Rs 2 lakh with a 70% subsidy
Category 3: Loans up to Rs 3 lakh with a 60% subsidy
Through its structured framework the initiative works to achieve business expansion and employment generation and economic self-sufficiency.

Eligibility criteria

During the implementation year's base date of July 1 candidates between 21 and 55 years old can apply for non-agricultural schemes yet those interested in agricultural or allied sector ventures should not exceed 60 years of age.

Telangana’s Welfare Corporations have authorized the program for youth who belong to SC and ST and BC and Minority communities.

Documents Required

Applicants Must Submit The Following:

Aadhaar Card

Either Ration Card or Income Certificate

Caste Certificate (issued post-Telangana formation)

Permanent Driving Licence (for transport-related ventures)

Pattadar Passbook (for agricultural proposals)

SADAREM Certificate (for persons with disabilities)

Passport-size photograph

Certification from Mandal Level Committee for vulnerable groups

How To Apply

All applications need to be filed through the online platform available at tgobmms.cgg.gov.in since offline submission will not be processed. Youth ought to submit their applications right away until the deadline ends.

The Telangana Formation Day marked the date when loans were approved to eligible beneficiaries.

On Telangana Formation Day of June 2 the selected candidates will receive their loan approval documents.
