New Delhi: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Giriraj Singh on Monday took a sarcastic dig at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar who recently formed a new government with the alliance of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) in the state.
