Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed the PIL filled seeking the reentry of paper ballot in elections in India. The petitioner mentioned that leaders like Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu and Former Andhra Prdaesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has questioned the tampering of EVM.
Replying to this the bench said, “”When Chandrababu Naidu or Mr Reddy lost, they say that EVMs are tampered and when they won, they don’t say anything. How can we see this? We are dismissing this. This is not the place where you argue all of this.”
