Abhay, studying computer science engineering at IIT Kharagpur, developed an interest in acting. Cultural events at the college prompted him to participate in plays and theater. During this time, he landed a role in the popular Star Plus show ‘Siya Ke Ram,’ which sparked his desire to become an actor in the Hindi film industry.

While studying at IIT, Abhay continued acting and got a job at Microsoft in 2018, joining the cyber team. At that time, UPI was rapidly growing in India, and many people were becoming victims of online fraud due to a lack of digital literacy.
